I have bought a Flat in Dedhia Elita. Ghodbunder Road Thane six months back, and the experience with the staff was very good. They all were very helpful and true on their words. There were regular updates given to me as and when there were any, I was not required to follow up on updates. The most important was the OC which was provided before the possession. The flat was handed over in good condition and all queries were handled politely and immediately. All the process of booking and registration till possession were smooth.

I had a very good experience with whole team of Dedhia Group after booking my flat in Dedhia El Canto which is situated just 400 meter away from waghbill naka. Location is very much accessible as we can reach easily and quickly reach eastern as well as western suburbs. The construction is going smoothly as per schedule and I think delivery will be at right time. One thing which I noticed is living room has cross ventilation (east west facing), I think that is most valuable thing for me which can give me sunrise and sunset moment from my living room.
