As chairman he is the helm at Dedhia Group. Spanning over four decades. It’s his vision that has translated wishes of millions into reality. A true entrepreneur in his own right. He is involved in the design, planning of business and corporate relationship functions.

He heads the marketing and brand communication functions. He has been instrumental in driving innovation in Dedhia Group to become a sustainable sales and marketing machine with consistent levels of record sales in the industry. His core expertise lies in project planning, product development and marketing strategies.

He joined the group in 1980 and since then has been involved with the Purchases for the projects. He has close to three decades of rich experience. He is responsible for buying the best quality equipment, goods and services for a company or organisation at the most competitive prices. He is good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and leads the Business Development functions for the company. He is highly competent who has extensive knowledge and experience of managing, directing and monitoring both small and large scale civil engineering projects. On the technical side he is able to accurately prepare projects to the highest standards, particularly drawings, plans, schedules and construction designs.

He joined the group in 1985 and he heads the finance function. He is responsible for managing the funding for group restructuring initiatives through a mixture of equity and debt. He is responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions.

She holds a Diploma in Interior Design. She heads the design function for Dedhia Group and oversees the entire chain of constituent activities such as Architecture and d Innovative design among others.
